Pankaj Chaturvedi is the Founder and Principal of Quadreth, a strategic advisory platform operating at the intersection of real assets and capital. He brings deep experience across institutional banking, cross-border business development, and mandate-led execution in high-value real estate and financial structuring engagements.
Earlier in his career, Pankaj played a pivotal role within the International Banking Group at ICICI Bank Ltd., where he led initiatives to expand the bank’s liability business across the United States and Canada. He also personally advised and managed investment relationships for High-Net-Worth Individuals, developing expertise in client strategy, capital alignment, and long-term financial stewardship.
Building on this foundation, Pankaj transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling multiple ventures across advisory and execution-led business models. His work is defined by market intelligence, relationship capital, and disciplined structuring - capabilities that underpin Quadreth’s approach to sole mandates, institutional transactions, and tailored capital solutions.
In addition to his business leadership, Pankaj is also an award-winning Indian film and theatre writer, bringing a unique perspective of narrative discipline and creative vision that complements Quadreth’s emphasis on positioning, trust, and long-term brand integrity.
